Abstract:

The reference book published by the State Institute of Rural Development, Govt of Uttarakhand is towards various developing programmes and planning for the overall development of Uttarakhand in under the Panchayati Raj Institutions. It also analyses the existing financial resources, expenditure and functional performance of the Panchayats. The following various schemes implemented by various departments is for overall development of the Uttarakhand like Department of Rural Development, Social welfare Department, Electricity Department, Food and Supply Department, and child Department , Gardening and food processing Department, Agriculture Department, Health and family planning Department, Panchayati Raj Department and Gram Panchayati and Swachatta Department etc
