Information System for Rural Industries

Abstract:

In India there has been high industrial growth due to rapid expansion of various types of industries including real industries in recent years than ever before. This is evident from the unprecedented growth of investment after independence in 1947 for industry, irrespective of the type rural, small, medium and large information is required and such type information is generally termed as industrial information or management information. Broadly the need and extent of information varies with the size as well as the stage of industry considered. Thus information has emerged as a factor of production and remunerative industry.
